Christmas Wreath Hanging

Each year, members of the Chester Business Association hang the Christmas wreaths on all the light post in Chester along the Route 10 | W Hundred Rd corridor to increase Christmas spirit. This is just another service the Chester Business Association provides to the Chester community to nurture and provide an outlet for the natural pride that so many of us have for our “Chester Village”
