Board Members
Our Board Members are elected to three-year terms, beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
Each November, the Board accepts open nominations from members during the regular monthly meeting. Nominations are reviewed at the December Board meeting, and three new members are elected and appointed. New terms officially begin in January.
Board Meetings
Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at Howlett’s Tavern in Chester Village.

Board Officer Duties
President
Plans and leads board meetings.
Leads the formal portion of networking socials.
Represents the CBA at community meetings and outreach events in Chester and surrounding areas.
Vice President
Fills in for the President when absent.
Serves as Annual Event Chair (manages planning and coordination of the annual event).
Treasurer
Manages club finances.
Receives and pays bills.
Leads membership drive.
Checks PO Box regularly.
Secretary
Organizes and schedules meetings.
Records meeting minutes.
Manages communications and email notifications.

Communications Chair
Updates and enhances website and social media presence.
Sends email notifications to general membership.
Posts events and networking socials online.
Coordinates communications with secretary.
Community Outreach & Service Chair
Coordinates wreath hangings.
Handles event advertising (banner coordination and payment).
Organizes ribbon cutting ceremonies.
Membership Chair
Works with treasurer on memberships.
Coordinates membership drives and welcomes new members.
Collaborates with president to allow new members to speak during networking socials.
Social Chair
Coordinates monthly hosts for networking socials.
Manages supplies for socials (name tags, markers, QR code signs).
Manages supplies for ribbon cuttings.
Takes photographs of events and socials.
