The Chester Business Association (CBA) manages the banner poles located near the CSX Railroad Bridge on Route 10. These poles are reserved for community-wide events sponsored by non-commercial organizations. A great way to share your event with Chester!
Banner Guidelines
Display time: Maximum of 2 consecutive weeks
Must comply with Chesterfield County signage standards
Include proper wind slits for safety
Size: 3 ft tall x up to 15 ft long
Submit banners at least 2 weeks before your start date
How to Apply
Complete online or download and complete the application packet, then mail it with payment to:

Chester, VA 23831
Include:
Approved Chesterfield County Temporary Sign Banner Application Form (blank form attached)
Sponsoring organization’s certificate of insurance
Banner artwork
$300 fee, payable to CBA of Chester LLC
Approval Process
Applications are processed in the order received. If requests conflict, priority is based on the date of payment. Approved applicants will receive placement instructions.
While we strive for timely placement, CBA cannot guarantee exact timing. If a banner cannot be hung, we’ll issue a full refund.
